Team Coaching & culture change

Helping teams build trust, clarity and connection that lasts.

Because when people reconnect to purpose and each other, performance follows naturally.

Everyone talks about trust, resilience and performance — but those don’t come from strategy alone.
They begin in the body: with safety, autonomy and connection.

When people feel grounded and valued for who they are, they bring their best ideas forward.

Yet in fast-paced organisations, that safety often fades. Communication narrows, difference gets diluted and energy drains away.

My multidimensional approach works where cognition meets intuition — bridging the science of performance with the art of presence.
It blends Emergenetics®, systemic team coaching and body-based leadership tools to develop the physical, emotional and relational intelligence that keeps teams creative and connected under pressure.

This isn’t about forcing change or ticking boxes.
It’s about creating genuine connection, evidence-based insight and shared trust so your team can navigate complexity with calm confidence.

Does this sound like your team?

Do meetings loop around the same issues, with important things left unsaid?
Is energy low — like the spark has gone out?
Are people hesitant to speak up, afraid to challenge or worried about rocking the boat?
Does conflict linger, leaving tension and confusion in its wake?
Is your team stretched by constant change, reorganisation or uncertainty?

You’re not alone. Most teams hit these moments.
It’s frustrating, because underneath the friction is so much untapped potential.

Teams don’t thrive on pressure — they thrive on connection, clarity and trust.
When that’s missing, even the simplest things start to feel hard.

Meeting of the Minds: A Foundation for Team Connection

A great place to begin is Meeting of the Minds, a 2–3-hour interactive session tailored to your team’s goals and challenges.

We use the Emergenetics® Profile, a research-validated tool grounded in neuroscience and behavioural genetics. It reveals how each person prefers to think and behave — providing a clear, evidence-based framework for communication, collaboration and performance.

Emergenetics® combines more than 30 years of global data and psychometric reliability. It’s used by leading organisations worldwide to strengthen understanding across differences and build cultures of collaboration from the inside out.

This isn’t another personality quiz.
It’s a practical, energising way to understand how people think, feel and operate under pressure.

It helps teams:
• See and value cognitive diversity as a collective strength
• Support neurodiversity in a positive, non-clinical way
• Communicate with clarity and empathy across thinking and behavioural styles
• Manage conflict before it escalates, turning tension into collaboration
• Build psychological safety and emotional awareness through shared language
• Navigate uncertainty with more creativity, confidence and connection

The process is dynamic, visual and fun, giving teams insight into their own patterns and the collective rhythm of the group.
By the end, people feel seen, valued and reconnected — equipped with practical tools to communicate better and collaborate with renewed trust and energy.

FAQS

How long is the Meeting of the Minds session?

Usually 2–3 hours, delivered in person or online. It’s interactive, energising and tailored to your team’s goals — every minute creates insight and action you can use straight away.

What kind of teams do you work with?

I work with teams across sectors — leadership, project and cross-functional groups. Whether your team is new, established or navigating change, the focus is the same: clarity, connection and performance through people.

Do teams have to do Emergenetics to work with you?

Not necessarily. Emergenetics® is a proven foundation, but I also use bespoke facilitation and systemic team coaching. We’ll choose the best route for your goals.

What are Action Learning Sets?

Small-group coaching sessions that help teams embed new ways of thinking and working. They’re spaces to reflect, problem-solve and apply insights to real challenges — sustaining change long after a workshop ends.

How does embodied presence fit into this?

Embodied presence is about how we show up, not just what we say. Through simple, body-based tools, teams learn to regulate under pressure, listen deeply and lead with calm, clear energy that others can trust.

Why Work with Me?

My approach is warm, clear and practical, blending:
Emergenetics® — neuroscience-based insight into how teams think and collaborate
Systemic team coaching — building alignment, trust and shared purpose
Embodied tools — developing grounded, confident leadership from within

When teams feel safe, connected and seen, they don’t just perform better — they create cultures where people can grow and thrive.
